These terms apply when you download or play Plumplings ("the game"), offered by TODO (owner's legal name). By playing, you agree to them. The App Store and Google Play terms also apply.

Playing the game

You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not cheat, tamper with scores, reverse engineer the game or disrupt it for other players. We may remove scores that look impossible from leaderboards and the daily jar.

Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, boosters, jar looks and collection pals are earned by playing, and some can also be bought. They have no money value outside the game, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and are a licence to use in the game, not your property. We may rebalance them as the game changes.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their payment and refund rules apply. A no-ads subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account; cancelling stops the next renewal.

Your progress

Progress is saved on your phone, with an optional backup. We do our best to keep it safe but cannot promise it will never be lost.

Our content

Plumplings, Mup, the Squishlings and all game art, sound and text belong to us. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the game. If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
