Plumplings is a game for iOS and Android. We built it to collect as little as possible. There is no Plumplings account, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number. The game shows ads, which you can turn off with a subscription.

What stays on your phone

Your game progress is saved on your device: a run in progress, coins and gems, your collection, streak, missions and settings. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Anonymous player ID

To run the daily jar, keep score records and back up your progress, the app may create a random, anonymous player ID with our backend provider, Supabase. Linked to that ID we store your scores, daily jar tries, best runs and a backup of your game progress. The ID is not tied to your name, email or contacts.

Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may use your device's advertising ID and basic device information under Google's own policies. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice later. On iPhone, ads are not personalized unless you allow tracking. A no-ads subscription removes ads.

Purchases

Gems, coins, boosters and the no-ads subscriptions are sold through the App Store and Google Play. They handle payment; we never see your card or payment details. We receive only a record of what was bought, so the game can unlock it.

Game Center and Google Play Games

Friends and leaderboards use Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android, with the game account already on your phone. Your scores are shared with friends there under those services' own privacy policies. If we link your player ID to that account, we store only a one-way hashed version of the account ID.

Notifications

If you allow them, the app schedules reminders, such as a new daily jar, on your phone. These are local notifications: nothing is sent to us to deliver them. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.

What we do not do

• No selling or sharing of data with data brokers.
• No analytics of our own.
• No payment details: the stores handle payment.
• This website uses no cookies, trackers or analytics.

Children

Plumplings is made for a general audience and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your choices

You can play fully offline. You can turn off notifications, change your ad consent in the game, and sign out of Game Center or Google Play Games in your phone's settings. To ask us to delete the scores and backup linked to your anonymous ID, contact us at the address on the support page.
